This is nonsense.
Are you saying that Telstra detects which phone line you are
using and to where it is dialing, and then immediately somehow
"cleans" the line so it works really good on Big Pond? and then if you
use the line to dial your shitty ISP, Telstra goes through the same
detection process to make sure you get a "bad" line that causes
droputs?
