Hey List :) I also run qmail, with a postgresql database as the backend. All emails and users are stored in the database, providing alot of functionality. Home made php scripts for the local delivery and pop3 daemons. Very nice solution which I will extend further to incorporate virus checking very shortly. Its easy, very flexible, and qmail is a pretty damn good email server!
