I think you guys are being antidodecapedal. The person posting the message obviously has twelve toes and therefore he is basing his maths on a base-12 system. 99Base12 = 117. Half of 99Base12 = 40.5Base12 which equals 58.5Base10. They have obviously converted there 50% into Base 10 and then rounded up from 58.5 to 59 for our benefit.
