How about I build you one of our radio routers, without the radio card?

single board computer, runs with either a local plugpack, or
Power-over-Ethernet if you prefer, has two 10/100 ethernet ports, runs
FreeBSD, has IPFW, dummynet etc, so you can do all your routing,
firewalling and traffic-shaping. Silent, no moving parts, draws about 7
watts so doesn't even get hot.

Can do NAT if you want it, can even NAT some addresses and ROUTE others if
that were your need....

Only the subject indicates cable/dsl is a requirement, the specs above
don't even hint at it. If you DO need cable/dsl, then my offering isn't
any help!
