Presumably you mean patch panel type patching rather than applying
software updates. Because outsourcing updates to a co-lo provider
strikes me as being right out there on the fringes.

Globalcenter.net.au and Connect.com.au both do all that. And I'm
sure there are other providers too.

I prefer Globalcenter, not least because of their non-destructive
fire suppression. I don't know what Connect were thinking when
they put sprinklers in their data centre. I wonder what they'd do
if you asked for a quote for enough rack space to hold 3 servers,
a router, a switch and an umbrella?
