Subject: [Oz-ISP] Carriage service provider interception capability
Followups:

<20040901172221.M39218@jbo.com.au>

Hi

Does anyone know how particular the requirements of interception
capabilities for CSPs are?

For example, if one's NAS is an old Ascend MAX, which does not have
tcpdump equivalent capability, one can't intercept traffic between two
customers talking to each other.
The likelihood of this being a problem is low, but it would seem to me
that it is still not compliant with Part 15 of the Telecommunications Act.

Thanks,

Danny
