Just wondering if there's anyone out there with Comindico dial ports, that might be having the sorts of problems I have been getting ? What's been happening is users dial in, modems handshake, username/passwd is sent, our radius receives this, but then apparently the users do not get IP allocated to them. My radius server authenticates ADSL clients without a problem, so I know my radius server is still working fine via their same proxy radius. Their modem happily remains connected until manually disconnected, but no data comes down the line to them, other than the initial 100 or so bytes. Currently I am stuck on "auth all", which ain't much fun, and all I've got back from the Comindico reseller is that I should get myself a Comindico ISDN/ADSL link, as the route to their proxy radius has 10 hops in between, and the radius protocol isn't that reliable. The funny part is that Comindico is in the same AAPT 3rd party room as my radius server ! ---- email "unsubscribe aussie-isp" to m a j o r d o m o @ a u s s i e . n e t to be removed. |
