I don't know about that last question. I'd like to join in but I am
effectively a lurker on this List, as are probably many others, as it is
so sluggish that replying is more or less useless if the aim is to
participate in a conversation so I just read posts and soak up useful
info. I got this email from you over 3 hours after you posted it, for
all I know there has been a raging flame war/conversation all morning
but it hasn't got here yet :-), or more likely semi-silence which is not
so good :-(
