David seems to think that a couple of ADSL2 connections is skimping for 66
houses, and he may be right if they are all heavy Internet users, but these
are being aimed at the 45+ "early retirees" age group, many of whom will
likely do a bit of browsing, a bit of email, check their share trading and
maybe some Google Earth browsing to see where their next holiday destination
may be.  :)

Personally, I think a couple of ADSL2 connections will probably be
sufficient for quite some time, but I definitely will have the capability to
expand this if and when needed.

So, although all 66 townhouses will be "signed up", I cannot see them all
being heavy downloaders even if they are concurrent users.  They will have
on-site email, portal and a proxy, so this will likely also assist in
reducing off-site traffic a little.

Regards,
HiltonT
