Hi Folks, Having a bit of a crisis, a customer of ours (domain/webhosting) is having some email issues with Optus, seems their DNS is having some issues with their particular domain. We have investigated the problem as far as we can here and all signs point to a problem with Optus' DNS. However, trying to get to speak to ANYONE with a technical there is literally impossible. Any calls get directed into their first level support who will not go any further without us being the official Optus user. We have emailed their tech support only to be queued up in their request tracker (now 18 hours on with no response). It's ridiculously frustrating, 5 minutes on the phone with someone who has a clue will probably resolve the issue. I understand the need to protect themselves from bonehead users but trying to establish some ISP to ISP communication is virtually impossible.
