This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_02C3_01C5F730.F63C1230 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit I'm pretty new to the ISP world so I hope this is a pretty basic question. I have a Redback LNS which will be terminating DSL connections. I noticed that a connection I made a couple of days ago is still active as far as the LNS is concerned even though the modem/router was turned off a couple of days ago. I would have thought that this should have been detected at the PPP level and the session would have been dropped. I can set an idle timeout on subscriber sessions but I don't think this should really be necessary. Any advice/suggestions? Thanks, Steve.
