...and what about those of us who don't run ISP's but have basic
qualifications (CCNA), work with various types of networks at our
workplace, have previously worked for (an) ISP('s) and are very much
interested in the technical details of how it all works ? sometimes
being a passive member of a mailist list with good S/N ratio is the best
way to learn about it all.
