Hey all, I have a customer who has a Windows server initiated PPTP vpn to a Cisco router. They have another service on Bigpond ADSL and everything is fine, but the Cable service is disconnecting every 20 minutes or so. Does anyone know if Bigpond is stopping/killing it off or some other issue which might be related to Bigpond cable?
